This Research Brief is part of the Women in Leadership project. It offers a systemic reading of women+ entrepreneurship in New Brunswick. It highlights the dynamics that influence access, participation, and the sustainability of entrepreneurial journeys, beyond the individual efforts. The consultations reveal a dynamic ecosystem, driven by a strong desire for autonomy, purpose, and impact. They also reveal structural barriers that limit equitable access to resources, opportunities, and funding, particularly for women from marginalized communities. This Research Brief serves as a shared foundation for moving from diagnosis to action. The next step is to mobilize key stakeholders around a collaborative leadership approach capable of driving sustainable transformation of the ecosystem.
