En collaboration avec le Regroupement féministe du Nouveau-Brunswick et la Fédération des jeunes francophones du Nouveau-Brunswick, l'AFMNB a lancé la campagne #On est prêtes, afin d'inciter les femmes à se porter candidate aux élections municipales du 9 mai 2016 et pour encourager la population à réfléchir à la diversité sur les conseils municipaux afin de se rapprocher davantage de la parité des genres autour de la table. Part of BPW International, BPW of Greater Moncton is a non-sectarian, non-profit and non-partisan organization that works toward the improvement of the status of women in all sectors of society, especially in business, the professions and industry. Our mandate is to improve the economic, political, employment and social conditions for women.
The only national bilingual feminist organization in Canada dedicated to research. Since 1976, CRIAW-ICREF has been researching and documenting the economic and social situation of women in Canada, using feminist, intersectional frameworks in their research and analysis.
